Average room, looks good in the pictures but bathroom and mini bar area are dated. Doors and walls are thin as got woken up every morning by movement in the corridor. Staff were friendly. Also 24 hour building site was right outside our room. Would be able to see them building it if our window wasn’t covered in dust…couldn’t see anything outside, needs a clean!

Nice hotel, pool is abit small, not much room to sit outside. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay

Балкон есть не во всех номерах, но если сразу не дали, можно подойти на ресепшен и попросить с балконом (обосновав, что либо надо курить, либо сушить вещи) — номер поменяют. По приезду надо в залог оставить 400aed +90aed налог, но 400 если Нала нет, то с зарплатной не заберут, только 90

Went here for Nye. Charged 800 AED for what the said would be amazing food. It was basic food served except pad Thai.. Which they served in one plate but provided no plates to serve yourself or forks to eat from. Food & service was a massive disappointment for many other guests I spoke with. Service was before average. Venue was great. View was perfect.

5 Star Services , I’ve been here more than three day. I like the location , the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience with clean rooms, great services . Would definitely recommended this hotel for family and business.

Check-in was disappointing. We booked online for a room with a king size bed a month before arrival. When we checked-in they tried to give us a room with two beds which is unacceptable for a married couple. We requested for transportation from front desk staff and every time it was unsatisfactory. Prices for drinks at the bar were ridiculous. The music at the clubs were so loud it was hard to sleep…

I love this aparthotel. We always have a perfect stay. And they always seem to have problem with the AC at the lobby, and long elevator waiting time.

Excellent service, the staff are welcoming and always eager to assist. The view is breathtaking. Rooms are nicely furnished. A great place for holiday.

beautiful interior design all the way from the lobby to the rooms to the penthouse. the bouncers can be a bit rude on weekends but it’s understandable due to the amount of crowd trying to sneak their way in. aside from that, it’s a beautiful glamorous hotel. meets and exceeds many other W hotels i’ve been to in other cities.

It was a great experience. I loved my stay in ur hotel. I arrived early around 10am and they said there is an early check in fee 500 Durham but I told them it was my birthday ? so they didn’t let me pay ? and they actually treat me with a lovely cake and yummy chocolate ? definitely recommend it. They only problem is that lots of drunk ppl around 3-4am near the entrance as it has the same entryway…

So I’m coming over from Nikki beach hotel in Dubai to try something new and I enter the W reception with blasting music and I can’t hear one word the receptionist is telling me. It’s a very unprofessional way to greet the guests and I’ve never experienced this in the world. The room is clean and nice but I am not feeling this place compared to other hotels around Dubai.

Quite, easy in easy out, clean and Tidy. Just a heads up, you need to ask room service to replace the pillows with regular ones that are not stuffed with smelly goose feathers.

it is an ok place. the ambience seems good, hospitality is like a professional hotel, but I would say customer service and handling isn’t of great standards and doesn’t stand above a 3 star in any case. none but the least, it is overpriced, doesn’t offer true value for money.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The Deluxe room is huge and very nice. The color scheme and furnishings makes it a lovely room to relax. The lighting was easy to manage. The bathtub is sized for full grown bodies.

A very good hotel, this is an example of “make it happen” type of hotel. It stands nice and tall in middle of the marina. Although the area is crowded, the hotel offers a perfect shopping mall, great rooms. Nice spa and very very helpful staff. Hotel is good and staff are also nice, but the valet parking system is wrong. There is no self parking space, when I asked the valet Parker (Naseem) told to park outside. He told we are all working for the tips. So please take care

One of the most beautiful hotels in Dubai, If you like to party your evening/night is going to be fantastic here. Great Iftar food variety in Ramadan ! Красивый отель, чисто, комфортно. С едой все плохо. В меню то, что я не ем. Прошу приготовить по отдельному заказу — соглашаются. А приносят не то.

Оцениваю только кафе на открытом воздухе,приходили сюда пару раз посидеть с друзьями,есть русский персонал, всё красиво и чисто,в определённые дни для девушек бесплатные напитки.

Красивая территория, много зелени. Красивый вид на Дубай Марину.На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Грязное море из-за пыли от соседних строек, попадаются камни под ногами. Персонал каждый раз умудряется испортить настроение, то ли от неумения говорить на английском, то ли их обучают хамить людям. Можно сходить один раз на пляж сфотографироваться, больше нет смысла там тратить деньги.

Just had a two night stay at the hotel. It is a nice property with a very helpful and polite staff. They were kind enough to let me check in early and check out late. Tried their in room dining- was good. Cleanliness — can be slightly worked on. Access to metro is far so you’ll be using a lot of uber, as in my case. Good overall for a business trip.

Сейчас февраль, водичка в бассейне прохладная, за день прогреться она не успевает ? соседнее здание блочить солнце и есть смысл приходить на лежаки только после 12:00. Но в целом — ок. На этом же этаже — спортзал, душевые, сауна — но ей мы так и не поняли как пользоваться…

Had a very good experience here. I was upgraded to a suite and was not delayed during check in. The staff were very friendly attentive and fast. The bed was not as comfortable as expected. Hotel has nice views of Dubai skyline.

Friendly personal in all department, smile on their faces. Room clean and spacious, lovely view over Emirates Tower. Only single fact not to give the fifth star, is we can hear the motorway up level 19. Better take a room from the other side of the highway.

Честно говоря разочарован этим отелем. Бронировал два номера с ранним заселением ( у меня там какой-то статус), пришлось ребенка убаюкивпть в лобби ( В номерах нет зубных счеток, это как? Позвонил — принесли. В крытом бассейне детям можно плавать до 17:00, а позже только в открытом… Т.Е. стало прохладно и темно, в это время крытый бассейн закрылся. Я всегда любил Хаятт за спокойствие и решение…

Большая территория,много зелени, цветов. несколько бассейнов,есть детский с горками.закрытый бассейн с джакузи, хамам(детям в джакузи и хамам нельзя).есть русский персонал.завтрак- шведский стол. Хорошие номера, есть все,но зубные щетки надо просить.питьевую воду каждый день ставят.в первый день принесли фрукты в номер.есть трансфер в Лего лэнд,к пляжу.нам очень понравился отель.

Абсолютная фигня с завтраками. Очередь за едой. Такое в гостинице 5* недопустимо. Куча ресторанов от гостиницы и все закрыты кроме 1го. Все что достойно в гостинице это бассейны на улице. Все остальное внимания не заслуживает. Ну еще персонал хороший, приветливый. Но сама гостиница 5* не тянет

Номера без звукоизоляции, слышно всех на 9 этаже. Нет банных принадлежностей: ни шампуня с кондиционером, ни зубных щеток с пастой, ни лосьена для тела, лишь 1 маленькая ёмкость с гелем для душа только для 1 гостя, т.е мужу уже будет нечем мыться. Нет ни кофе, ни сливок, ни сахара, ни чая, лишь пустой чайник и одинокая 0,5 бутылка воды. Радует только вид из окна и зеленые сады. Суши ресторан на первом…

The hotel is located in a very busy street with local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom, though, is very old and needs renovation. The AC works perfectly. The WiFi connection was stable and fast. The breakfast is worth the AED 35 it costs. It’s 15 minutes away by foot from the Al Fahidi metro station.

The value for money at this hotel is amazing. But only do you get full sized and fully equipped apartments as rooms, (with personal laundry) but the location is great too. Staff were also nothing but courteous at all times. The only issue I have with this place is that it’s rather far from public transport, and the street in front is always jammed up at night. But other than that it’s great!

Loved it. The service was great and the facilities. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the view in my room was awfull. Either way good place.

Нормальный отель. Приятно, что на пляж отвозят в 10 и забирают в 14. Когда мы хотели поехать в магазин с пляжа, просто отдавали свои вещи водителю, а потом по прибытию в отель просто забирали их с ресепшен. Если захотите остаться на пляже до вечера нет проблем, на такси дорога до отеля обойдётся где-то 40 дирхам. Но говорите, что вам нужно ехать по джумейра роуд. А то первый раз мы за 60 проехались…
